HVAC Service Supervisor

$32–$40/hr + 5% Sales Commission • Take-Home Truck Santa Rosa Beach, South Walton & 30A field territory • Assigned take-home truck (Freeport touchdown base) Lead residential HVAC diagnostics, coaching and quality checks across South Walton and 30A. Residential HVAC and field leadership experience plus EPA 608 Universal required. Approximately 70% field work and 30% shop/dispatch coordination. View position

No daily shop commute is required. Service technicians are assigned a company take-home truck and dispatch directly from home to their first morning call across Santa Rosa Beach, 30A, and South Walton. Technicians living in Santa Rosa Beach, Freeport, Niceville, Crestview, DeFuniak Springs, Destin, or Panama City are eligible.
What are the compensation and vehicle benefits?
We offer competitive hourly base compensation ($28–$35/hr for Technicians; $32–$40/hr for Supervisors) plus a 5% commission on qualifying sales. Assigned take-home vehicles include a company fuel card.
